2. What this site collects

Nothing. There are no forms, no sign-up and no web analytics, and we do not use tracking cookies.

The buttons open WhatsApp or a phone call. Whatever you send after that becomes part of your conversation with the clinic, and on WhatsApp the rules of WhatsApp Ireland Limited also apply.

3. When you contact us

From a message or a call we learn your name, your phone number and whatever you choose to tell us. We use it to book your visit, confirm the time and remind you about it. We do not pass it to third parties and we do not add you to mailings you did not agree to.

Please do not send test results, scans or diagnoses over a messenger. Such information is restricted-access data and is best discussed at the appointment.

4. Photographs

We publish treatment photos only with the patient’s permission. If you are our patient and want your photo removed, write to us and we will remove it.

5. Your rights

Under the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan no. 94-V of 21 May 2013 on personal data and its protection, you may ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected, blocked or deleted, and withdraw your consent to processing.
